I can't locate our owners manual. How can i obtain another copy?

The unit starts running then stop by itself - if you change the humidity setting it reverts back to 35

Hello Jermaine, thank you for contacting us. The issue is probably related to a faulty float, part number PS12746631, and the switch, part number PS12746632. If this does not help, please read the attached article for troubleshooting tips. We hope this sorts out your problem!

Runs for about 3 minutes and then stops

Hi Rickey, thank you for reaching out. Based on our understanding, we would suggest checking the filter. The filter comes attached with the grill assembly part number PS16221708. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!
