An error message keeps flashing and thus the washer will not run. I am a senior citizen so the washer doesn't get much use. I think I purchased it in 2011 and have already replaced the circuit board two years ago. All of my appliances are Frigidaire but my patience with this product is growing thin. If this is the circuit board again I think you should replace it free of charge.
