My word! I ordered it sometime in June 2020 and didn't receive it under January, 2021, at which time I had been forced to purchase same item elsewhere!

Whenever I would contact your company I would be told it would be sent by certain dates, which it never was. This after when placing the order, it was listed as in-stock to be shipped out within 24 hours. Talk about poor service!
