Bottom area of coils started icing over a few weeks ago. I've had the unit for 4 years. The room temp is always about 74 degrees in the basement. Humidity levels in basement are the same as previous years and I keep the filter and coils clean. Is there a bad part that is most likely the cause? Thx!

Hello Mike, Thank you for the question. If your dehumidifier coils are freezing up and the surrounding temperature is over 65 degrees Fahrenheit, the fan motor may be the issue. We looked up the part and it is listed as No Longer Available/Discontinued sorry. There are no part substitutions listed. Our suggestion here would be to call the manufacturer and see if they can provide you with a substitution for these part numbers and contact us back with he updated substitution number.
