It seems like both fans are running non stop,cleaned the compressor coils and no change. The freezer is very cold with some frost build-up on some items. You can hear the fan in freezer running constantly. What's wrong.

Hello Charles, thank you for writing. The Fan should not run constantly. To compensate for the decrease in cooling capacity, the freezer will run continuously in an attempt to keep the freezer cold. It could be the defrost heater PS324403 or Defrost Timer PS11723171. And lastly, check the Cold Control Thermostat PS316579. If you need help placing an order, customer service is open 7 days a week. Removed 2 screws holding water fill tube to rear of refrigerator and pulled out, matched old part with new to make sure of proper match. Guide new fill tube thru hole, making sure it is aligned with slot in ice cube tray on inside of freezer. Install new plastic line from water pump outlet to water fill tube, check for leaks, job done.
