Water wall not working properly. I get error code 7C. I have check for obstructions and have replaced the magnet. Have reset it several times. What else can it be?
For model number DW80R9950UG
Hi Bobby, thank you for contacting us. The error code 7C indicates a problem with the water wall reflector's position. While you have checked for obstructions and replaced the magnet, the issue might stem from incorrect installation of the reflector. Recheck it for proper installation. If it is fine, the issue could be with the vane sensor, part number PS9606354. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!

For model number DW80R9950UG
Hi Leslie, Thank you for writing. The dishwasher beeping three times usually indicates that the door is not closed properly. If the Door is closed securely, we suggest checking the Door Switches. We hope this helps, good luck with the repair!

I replaced the pump assembly with a new drain hose
This is not a repair for the faint of heart. You will have to pretty much disassemble the entire dishwasher to replace the main pump assembly. And it’s not cheap, between the pump assembly and the hose...it was over $300...
