I need a replacement panel for the front of my dishwasher. It is the plastic top piece. It is gray and lights can be seen behind it when the dishwasher is running. It is located right underneath the handle that opens the dishwasher door.

Hello Vincent, thank you for getting in touch. Make sure the hose is attached to a hot-water supply and the valve is fully open. Also, make sure there are no kinks or blocks. Listen for the “click” or a faint sound when the cycle starts. If you hear nothing, or the valve is visibly stuck, replace the water-inlet valve, part number PS12740663, to fix the issue. We hope this helps.
This is not a repair for the faint of heart. You will have to pretty much disassemble the entire dishwasher to replace the main pump assembly. And it’s not cheap, between the pump assembly and the hose...it was over $300...
This dishwasher is Junk...been through 2 motherboards, plastic internal spray arms...and finally a pump a
... Read moressembly...if you own one and the pump begins to leak....shorts the pump motor out....if it gets this far...but a new dishwasher.
