My dishwasher is in flood mode and won’t stop draining. I’ve tried cutting power and made sure it’s completely dry. How do I fix this?
For model number DW80R2031US
Hello Dan, thank you for the question. Check for any blockages in the drain system. This means taking the dishwasher drain hose loose from the disposal and sucking it out with a shop vac. Clean the filters. Assuming all of this is done, you can put it back together and power it up. It may resolve the issue. If it does not resolve the issue, we either have a faulty drain pump, part number PS12593038, or an active leak on a hose or something. At that point, it would have to be pulled out and have a serious inspection done. Good luck with this repair!
