Why the dishwasher doesn't run water into it

Hello Adolfo, Thank you for the question. One of the most common reasons the appliance is not filling with Water is a faulty Water Valve. The valve can be tested. Use your multitester to test the valve for continuity. Set the device to the ohms setting x 1. Touch each of the meter's probes to a terminal. If you receive a reading of infinity, it means the valve's solenoid is faulty and the valve needs to be replaced. If your valve has two solenoids (four terminals), test the second pair of terminals in the same manner. If either pair of terminals receives a result of infinity, replace the water inlet valve. If that does not take care of the issue, then the problem is most likely to be related to the Electronic Control Board, part number PS12730509. The circulating pump, WD26X22826, is leaking where the top cap (black plastic part) connects with the motor (white plastic part). Are there gaskets inside this connection that are repairable?

Hello Mike, thank you for getting in touch. Check the clamps, part number PS6011682, and make sure they are tight enough. If the tightening the clamps does not help, you will need to replace the circulation pump, part number PS11772000, to fix the leak, as the pump assembly could be damaged causing the leak. Didn't actually do the compete repair but got close. Pulled out dishwasher, disconnected and checked continuity on the existing heating element (about 16 ohms) the new element was also about 16 ohms. This indicates they both were working fine and no need for replacement. Next step would have been to swap the elements would have been

Holding securely, replace screws removed in step 5. Toward the end they get a little tougher to screw in. 8. Plug wire harness into new door latch. 9. Re-align dishwasher and re-secure to counter in previous position. 10. Test latch to make sure it closes properly. 11. Turn on breaker in electrical panel. The dishwasher should now function properly.
