I WANNA ORDER 4 SUSPENSION RODS FOR THIS WASHER. DO THE FRONT AND BACK RODS HAVE DIFFERENT PART NUMBERS ?

WHY do the clothes bunch up to one side of the washer when it starts to agitate on the rinse cycle

Hi Bill, thank you for getting in touch. Ensure that the clothes are distributed evenly. If they are fine, the issue could be with the suspension system, part numbers PS18172472 and PS18172473. You may need to replace them to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!
