Fan blade UNIT broke apart
I don't like making these type of comments but its important for future customers to know.I didn't repair my dehumidifier because they sent me the wrong part. I couldn't find it online so I called customer service, the rep was great and he found the part and mailed it out.They sent me a SUBSTITUTED part instead that wasn't even related to what I needed.I wasn't notified of the replacement part and wound up with something I didn't need. I will say that when I called customer service the rep was very courteous and apologetic. They refunded my credit card in full including shipping. I just should've been notified about the substituted part. JMHO
