cranks fine but want move forward or reverse

Hi James, thank you for contacting us. We would recommend checking if the hydrostatic drive is engaged or not. If the hydrostatic drive is not engaged, the lawn mower will not move. If this is not the issue, you may need to check the drive belt, part number PS16429410, to solve the problem. The belt should be nice and tight; not too tight but definitely not baggy. If the belt is loose or has slack, then you may need to replace it. We hope this sorts out your problem!
