It just went totally dead. I already checked circuit breakers. No lights at all

We have researched the model you have provided and we would recommend checking the following parts to fix your issue: micro switch, door switch assembly, high voltage transformer, and magnetron. You can test the parts with a multimeter. If you are unfamiliar with how a multimeter functions, we have videos available to assist you. For safety reasons, since the microwave capacitor can still store electricity even when the microwave is unplugged, it is usually advised that you discharge the capacitor before any attempt at repair. We have included a link on how to do so.

Why a tenant would remove and discard the grease filters without replacing them is beyond me! But, I removed the filters from the package and slid them into place. Two minutes tops. I would like to add that I ordered these on Thursday afternoon, and I had them on Saturday; awesome customer service!
Removed control panel, discharged HV capacitor. Removed old diode, tested to confirm failure. Replaced part. Other than the removal of the panel swapping the part was almost as easy as replacing a light bulb.
I removed the outer cover and exposed the inner workings. I watched a video on partselect.com to show how to remove and replace the Diode. I followed the instructions and it was very easy to replace.
Unfortunately, the diode was only part of the issue. I ended up replacing the High Voltage capacitor and Magnetron also. Those w

Now the Microwave works just like new! Cost me less than $100 for all parts.
