Display panel shows 76 degrees and is otherwise unresponsive. What part should i replace.

Thank you for your question. If you are trying to adjust the settings with the remote control and it is not working, the batteries may need to be replaced. If batteries in the remote are fine and the display board is unresponsive, then it will need to be replaced. The part number listed under your model number for the display board is PS12171789.
