Evaporator freeze up
Troubleshoot on the schematic/wiring diagram to find the defective thermostat. Order a replacement part. Remove all outer covers to gain access to the thermostat. the dehumidifier was not shutting off when water level was full
replaced a piece of the plastic at the top of the bucket that seems to be the water gauge. this seems to be fixed. we are very happy

float was missing
pried off the plastic fastener with flat blade screw driver set new float in place then pressed plastic fastener back in place
