I need to know the TORQUE specification for the bolt holding blade to the engine output shaft. (Blade bolt torque spec.)

Pushed the cable through the engine mount.Connected the cable to the engine slider. Pulled cable through the previous tie down connected to the lower end of the bar. Attached the connector on the cable to the hole in the lawn mower bar near the top of the bar.. Attached the top end of the cable to the on/off bar where you push the mower.
