cant get the mower to move at all. Even when it is on neutral. Mower runs but wont move in any gear. it's just wont move?

Hello Ron, thank you for getting in touch. Based on our understanding of the issue, we would suggest checking the drive belt, part number PS11965490, to solve the problem. A malfunctioning drive belt can most probably cause this issue. We hope this helps!
