Hello Fred, thank you for your question. Using your serial number, the first two digits is the month, the second two is is day and the next two are the year. For example, 072811 is July 28th 2011. We hope this helps.

Still not able to complete repair, unfortunately the box part was shipped in had a gaping hole in the bottom and some parts are missing. Trying to salvage from old mower deck.
