Error Code EO21 has something with down key ?? What part fixes this problem.

Thank you for your question. The E021 error code is letting you know that there is a communications issue between the main electronic control board and the sensing board. You can try and reset the oven by flipping the circuit breaker off for 5 minutes. If the code reappears, check the wiring between the boards. If the wiring is securely fastened then you will need to replace the main electronic control board. If you have any questions, please let us know. We are open 7 days a week.
