The water in the tank does not come down. What is the problem?
For model number 76R9
Hello German, thank you for contacting us. If the water tank is not dispensing water, the most likely issues are a trapped airlock, a clogged valve on the tank cap, or the tank not being seated properly. Remove the clean water tank and reseat it firmly. Remove the cap from the tank and soak it in warm water to dissolve dried detergent clogging the valve. With the machine off, press the small X-shaped valve on the tank cap over a sink to make sure water flows out. Ensure the rubber gasket at the bottom of the tank is properly seated. Glad to be of assistance!
