Upper left slide wheel may be broken, Do I need a new rail assembly

Thank you for your question. The wheel is sold with the rack adjuster and it has been redesigned by Whirlpool, so it is now made of metal, to make it more durable. The rack adjusters are sold in a kit with the both the left and right sides. The part number listed under your model number for the rack adjuster kit is PS10065979. Thank you for your question. If the wheels are coming off the rack, you will need to replace the rack adjusters. The left and right side rack adjusters are now sold in a kit. Whirlpool has redesigned them, so they are now made of metal to make them more durable. The part number for the rack adjuster kit is PS10065979. We hope this helps!
I called an experienced plumber, who balanced and installed my new dishwasher properly, using the brackets I ordered from Parts Select, after an INEXPERIENCED plumber had tossed the factory-provided mounting brackets out with the shipping carton. Relief!
My filters had completely clogged up and had not cleaned my filters at all which was a no-no.I had lots of food left on the dishes after running my dishwasher, so I took bothp filters out and replaced them no tools required. I won’t be using powdered or liquid detergent for my dishwasher anymore only pods and promise to clean my filters
