Though I could hear and feel the drain pump running, the washer would not drain. This model does not have a filter for the drain pump. ... Read more a quick inspection showed the impeller on the motor was off the shaft and flopping around. Bingo, motor runs but cant pump. Ordered from Partselect and received in ONE DAY. I really didn't want to go back to it that soon, but they certainly did their part. Ha. Thank you all. Greg
Tipped the washer up on a couple of chairs. Pulled the motor apart in three pieces and replaced the Hall Sensor. Error code lead me right to the problem and solution.
