When I click the trigger, I hear a click from the trimmer head (end with trimming line), but does not start. What should I check?
Thank you.
For model number 2828-20
Hello Tom, thank you for your inquiry. When a string trimmer clicks but does not start when the trigger is pulled, it usually indicates a problem with the starter motor. We would recommend checking the rotor assembly, part number PS17065765, to solve the problem. We hope this helps!
