Lawn mower does not start, how does the safety switch works?
For model number 20WM48

Hello Gustavo, thank you for reaching out. The safety switch stops the engine when you release the control bar on the handle, by stopping the ignition coil from sparking. If the switch is not working, the ignition coil will not spark the spark plug, and the lawn mower will not start. We would suggest checking the safety switch, part number PS16443487, to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!
