On the front wheel assembly of my Toro 20016 s/n 220042531 recycler there is a steped washer. I need to know the orientation of the washer to the wheel. Does the small portion of the washer go toward the wheel or the away from the wheel?
For model number 20016
Hi Gary and thank you for contacting us, The bigger side goes against the wheel and the step side faces in towards the lawnmower. I hope this helps and good luck with your repair.

Where can i order a bagger attachment for this mower.
For model number 20016
Hello James, thank you for your inquiry. The part you are looking for is part number FIX8831829, currently in stock. If you need help placing an order, customer service is open 7 days a week. Thanks again for your great question.
Tip mower onto side, raising side to be repaired. Empty gas tank if possible or use rags to prevent gasoline drips onto clean surfaces.
Remove wheel using a 1/2" socket. Remove wheel height assembly with 1/2" socket and open end wrench to hold nut below the deck. Position new spring arm over the slot on wheel height assembly plate. Check opposite side to verify correct orientation if needed. Remove plastic cover from old lever using a small flat blade screwdriver. Slip onto new lever. Replace wheel height assembly. Replace wheel.
