How do i free up the rear wheel height adjustment on this rear wheel drive mower. It's almost like the adjusting parts are frozen together and i can't free them .
For model number 12AI836M011
Hi Ed,
Thank you for your question. According to your owner's manual, to adjust the height, depress the height adjustment lever towards the wheel and then slide the wheel to the desired position for a change in cutting height. Then release the lever towards the deck. We hope this helps! Good luck with the repair!
