The mower is only 1 year old. The mower turns over fine but will not start.
I blew out the filter. It's getting fuel to the carburetor, and it's getting spark.
The mower will start up with starting fluid but shuts off as soon as the liquid is solidified.
For model number 11A-A2T2793
Hello Patrick, thank you for contacting us. Considering the symptoms you mentioned, it seems that the issue is with the carburetor, part number PS16443558. The starter fluid might be enough to get the engine going initially, but if the carburetor isn’t delivering the right mix of fuel and air, the engine won’t be able to stay alive. Usually, this happens because the carburetor is dirty. This is especially likely if your mower has been left unused for some time. Leftover fuel that sits in the carburetor bowl creates a varnish-like buildup that gums everything up. We hope this information helps!

Engine died just a few minutes after running
Changed the spark plug, carburetor, Head gasket,Air filter, but when I replaced the magneto I got real results. So if you have a small engine that dies just as it warms up the magneto may be the problem. Cut my grass finally.
