Where do I get a replacement water filter?

Hello Ramona, Thank you for the question. I looked up the Manufacturer Part Number 60199-0006802-00 and it is listed as No Longer Available/Discontinued sorry. There are no part substitutions listed. My suggestion here would be to call the manufacturer and see if they can provide you with a substitution for these part numbers. We hope this helps!

makes noise when dispensing water

Hello Randolph, Thank you for your inquiry. We have researched the model number you have provided and we first recommend checking for any air in the water lines and purge by depressing the lever for 5 seconds, release for 5 seconds and repeat for 2 minutes. We also recommend checking the filter, the water filter head for any debris and test the water inlet valve with a multimeter. If you are unfamiliar with how a multimeter functions, we have videos available to assist you. Good luck with your repair.
