Hello ,
I am writing from Iran .
I have a refrigerator of REFRIGERATOR FR-821NB model . I have bought it 10 years ago . Recently , it doesn't work well .The problem is the water accumulates on the floor of refrigerator even pouring out of the refrigerator . We repaired it twice , once for it's Board and another time for it's Element . Could you please help me with it ?

Hello Behnaz, thank you for your inquiry. If your refrigerator has water pooling at the bottom, the defrost tube is your most likely suspect. Your defrost tube is what carries the water all the way down to the drain pan where it eventually evaporates. When working correctly, it helps make sure your fridge has a smooth defrost cycle. This tube can get clogged with ice or debris which leads to water backing up and leaking back into the fridge. To fix this, make a bowl of hot water and get a turkey baster or funnel. Flush the water into the tube until it begins to flow through to the drain pan. If this does not fix the issue, replace the drain tube. We hope this information helps!
