Jancy Brush Set This is an manufacturer sourced replacement brush set designed for use with Jancy drill press. This assembly includes two (2) plastic brush caps and two (2) carbon brushes with lead wires and springs attached. Please note brush holders are sold separately. Due to prolonged contact with an armature brushes will gradually wear down and will require replacement. It is advised to replace both brushes at the same type. You would need a screwdriver to complete this job. • Make sure the unit is unplugged • Remove the brush cap and take out the old brush • Secure the new brush with a cap and test the tool

Jancy Spoke Handle This is an authentic replacement part manufactured for use with Jancy slugger drills. The spoke handle is threaded and is secured to the hub assembly and used to raise and lower the motor/slide assembly. This spoke handle is sold as an individual replacement part.

When replacing carbon brushes, be sure to inspect your armature for burns, cracks, or other damage which can indicate larger motor problems.
