Hello Nana, thank you for contacting us. Please inspect the wiring of the start button and make sure the connections are intact. If this does not help, the issue is probably because of a faulty button tree, part number PS11726902. It is a push button set and attaches to the user interface control and lets you select cycles or washer operation. Please reach out to customer service if you need help placing an order, anyone will be happy to assist you. We hope that helps.

When my washing machine has finished the wash cycle it skips the rinse cycle and spins out.

Hello Carolyn, thank you for contacting us. We would recommend resetting the washer by unplugging it for 10 minutes. If this does not help, the issue is probably related to the control board, part number PS16743401. It manages the washer's functions such as filling, washing, draining, and spinning. Customer service is available 7 days a week if you require assistance placing an order. Thanks again for reaching out!

The washer will run continuously, does not advance. In wash cycle it will stop if lid is opened, during spin cycle lid locks as it should. Not sure how it got from one cycle to the other, this is my Mom's washer, she's not available right now, but she said this was "two different times".

Hello Jeff, thank you for contacting us. The most probable cause of the issue is a faulty control board, part number PS16743401. If the electronic control is not functioning properly, the washing machine may not be able to advance to the next cycle, causing it to run continuously. Customer service is available 7 days a week if you require assistance placing an order. Thanks again for reaching out!

I have to press the start/pause button many times to get the machine to start, my wife can’t get it to start at all. You have to fool with it a while, eventually it has been starting. Help? I can probably fix it if I knew what to replace. Thanks

Hello Gerald, Thank you for your inquiry. Researching the model number that you have provided, this could be an issue with the selector switches, the main control board, the lid lock harness and the lid switch assembly-as when you hit the start button, it is supposed to lock the lid and let the control board know that the washer is ready to start. Check the board for any visible damage or loose connections, and you can test the other parts with a multimeter. If you are unfamiliar with how a multimeter functions, we have videos available to assist you. Good luck with your repair.
