The machine stopped working in a normal ay. The little screen told us we had a lid lock problem. So we fixed it.
We disconnected the rear of the dashboard and folded it toward. We unsnapped the top cover and exposed the lid lock. We removed the old lid lock and replaced it with the new parts from SelectPart. Put it all back together.

My washer properly runs a full cycle except it won't spin during the spin cycle. It does spin at the beginning of the cycle when sensing the load so mechanically i believe it is functioning properly. I read it could be the lock mechanism. Should i replace the lid lock quick release wh01x27954 as well as the lid lock striker wh02x24106 and the lid lock harness wh19x24141 ? Does this sound like the solution to my problem? Thank you!

Hello Troy, thank you for your question. It definitely sounds like a lid lock issue. I would recommend replacing the lock first, as that is the most common cause of the unit not going into spin mode. I hope this helps!

Washer will not spin. Drains ok but will not go into spin cycle. Have replaced lid lock switch , machine still stops at 13 minutes, drains but will not go into spin cycle ? Help

I replaced lid lock and it still doesn't lock all it does is spray water a few times then says end
