When the machine starts it will trip the breaker
For model number WTW5105Hw2
Hello Steve, thank you for the question. According to our research, you may need to check the lid lock assembly, part number PS12731130, to fix the issue. The issue is caused when door latch wires get exposed and shorted to the ground. Or there is an internal short circuit inside the door latch assembly. We hope this helps!
washer sqeals when motor engages oil on belt and guard cleaned off most of oil film on belt and pulleys still sqeaks a little
For model number mvwc565fw1
Hi Charles, thank you for reaching out. Based on the description, the issue is probably because of a damaged drive belt, part number PS11747978. We would recommend replacing the belt to fix the issue. We hope this helps, good luck with this repair!
My washer screeches. I just looked under it to find a black material on the floor and on the motor. Is it just the two bolts to remove and replace the motor?
Thank you
For model number WTW5105HW0
Hello Keith, thank you for reaching out. According to our research, there are only 2 bolts that are holding the motor with the gearcase. Motor will become detached when you remove these 2 bolts. Glad to be of assistance!

Heard screeching sound and stopped agitating.Removed back and belt cover.Turned on and I see the clutch or pulley actuate up and down then hear the screeching sound and the pulley barely turns and then it quits and washer goes silent.
For model number MVWC565FW0
Hello David, thank you for contacting us. Based on our understanding of the issue, we would suggest checking the drive clutch kit, part number PS10057144, to solve the problem. It attaches to the drive belt and rotates the spin basket drive shaft. Glad to be of help!
