Part #W10721967
This splutch cam kit is a genuine replacement assembly designed for select Whirlpool, Maytag, and affiliated brand washing machines. It plays a critical role in the wash and spin cycles by engaging the drive motor to rotate the washer basket. The kit includes the clutch assembly, cam ring, spring, basket drive gear, pulley, and mounting nut. Replacing this component can resolve issues such as noisy operation, slow or failed spinning, poor agitation, and excessive moisture in clothes after a cycle. In some cases, a burning smell may also indicate a failing clutch. Installation requires basic tools and should be performed with the appliance disconnected from power. Compatibility should be confirmed using your washer’s model number.

(25)
Part #W11457841
This door strike is an authentic OEM replacement part that is compatible with various models of top-load washing machines. The door strike is located along the door frame, where it engages with the latch when the door is closed. It keeps the door securely shut so that the washer can start and prevents it from swinging open while the washer is running. It is a safety mechanism that prevents water leakage, injuries, and damage to the washer. If the door strike is damaged or worn down, it may be unable to lock the door properly and the washer may stop mid-cycle or fail to start altogether. Replace the door strike promptly to ensure the proper functioning of your washer.

Hose Clamp
★★★★★
★★★★★
(2)
Part #WP285655
The hose clamp is used to hold the water hose in place which will prevent the hose from leaking water. Sometimes the clamp may lose its ability to latch on, causing a leaking washer. For the installation, you will need a flat head screw driver to replace the clamp and a drill to access the screws to remove the front of the washer. Be careful if you do not have specific clamp pliers as the clamp could fly off. Once the front of the washer has been removed, take a quick look for water damage or any obvious signs of where the leak is coming from. If it is not obvious, run water to test.

This agitator assembly is an authentic OEM part that is compatible with various models of washing machines. It consists of a central shaft with a series of fins attached to it. When the washer is operating, the agitator rotates back and forth, causing the clothes to rub against each other and against the agitator itself, which helps to loosen dirt and stains. If the agitator does not move or moves erratically while the washer is running, then this is a sign that it is faulty. You may also hear unusual noises such as grinding or rattling and notice that your clothes are not distributed evenly around the agitator during the wash cycle.

hi, having issues with my washer error code F7E1. it fills up and spins but when is at wash the agitator doesnt move the drum moves.. thanks
Chris Boyle Profile
Hello Wyms, thank you for your question. Before everything else try resetting the machine by unplugging and replugging the power cord to the wall outlet. Restart the cycle. The F7E1 error indicates that the motor is not getting the required speed. If resetting does not help then it is either a problematic washer drive pulley, part number PS10057144, or a faulty drive motor, part number PS11770267. Customer service is always available to help you place an order if you are having trouble doing so. Good luck with your repair.

Touch panel does not work. Cannot turn on, can this be fixed
Chris Boyle Profile
Hello Lillian, thank you for reaching out. We would suggest checking the user interface control panel assembly. When the user interface board fails internally, it stops communicating with the main control board completely, causing the entire console to go dark and unresponsive as if the machine has no power at all. You may need to replace it. The part number is PS16221057. We hope this helps!

does filter have to be cleaned or replaced occasionally
Chris Boyle Profile
Hello Clyde, thank you for reaching out. For your model, there isn’t a traditional removable lint filter like older washers have. Instead, this model uses a self-cleaning lint filtration system built into the drain pump and tub design. We hope this information helps!
