This nozzle assembly, commonly referred to as a sprayer head or spray arm, is an authentic replacement part supplied directly by LG for use in LG dishwashers. The nozzle assembly can be found at the bottom of the dishwasher tub. It is responsible for spraying water onto the dishes and utensils inside the dishwasher using a series of nozzles that release pressure water. Over time, the sprayer head may become clogged due to a build of debris and soap residue, or it may also be damaged by a falling item. If the sprayer head is faulty, you will likely notice that your dishes are not cleaned properly after a cycle, and they have spots of leftover soap residue. It is important to replace the sprayer head to keep your dishwasher running efficiently.

DIY dishwasher repair
We had been having difficulties with the upper spray arm on our dishwasher. Unit was in the house when we moved here and paperwork left in the house indicated the machine was approximately five years old. The upper spray arm would literally fall off once a week or so during operation. We had discussed purchasing a new machine but decided for the cost of replacement parts we would try that first. Installation couldn’t have been any easier and replacement parts were an improvement over the original. An added bonus has been that the machine is also much quieter during operation. Thank you, we will definitely look to you for any future appliance repair parts needs.

Does part a060 come with the attachment to attach the wand to the spray arm? The spray arm hit something in the lower section of the dishwasher and snapped where it attaches. I do not need the arm from the back of the washer, but do need the locking nut that attaches the sprayer to the spray arm coming from the back of the washer.
For model number LDF7774ST
Hello Clay, Thank you for your inquiry. Yes, the locking nut is part of the spray arm nozzle. The plastic ring just screws on to the guide. Hope this helps!
