little hinge thingy that holds pantry door snapped off
Removed the three screws that held part, lifted and removed old part and replaced with new piece. Couldn't have been easier. Saved me the $100 the repair man quoted me. Cannot believe it was so easy and the part was soooo affordable! Thank you very much for the speedy delivery. It came within days of my order. I will use your service again for sure! Thank you! The Ice and Water dispensor quit working early the morning, then later in the same day. The refrigerator door (LED) display lights started blinking on and off along with the ice cube door flap opening and closing.
I almost ordered the Door Led Board but read where somone else had the same problem and ordered the HV control board. Pulled the refrigerator out to gain access to the back of it. Safety tip make sure you unplug it. Located the HV Control board, release the wire connectors from it, and simply replace the board. Plug it in and follow the directions which come with the new HV board on programing it. Entering the Code off the units Data plate.
Followed the YouTube video linked to the Compressor Start Device and Capacitor I purchased. The repair was just as easy as the technician in the video said it would be. Removed the back panel, remove the clamp, worked the Compressor Start Device and Capacitor off the electrical prongs and replace it with the new one. After I reassemble the refrigerator, it was fully operational. Very easy to do and only required a few tools.
Reviewed replacement instructions video on your website. Just followed the easy instructions to pop out old cover and pop in new cover. I would not have tried to replace it myself had I not seen your video. Super easy.
you need to take the deli drawer out, make sure your flat head screw driver is large enough for the head of the screw as screwing into the plastic is a bit difficult. Other than that there are 2 screws and its pretty easy.
Lights flashing ice maker opening and closing wont cool
Unplug Refrigerator access panel in the rear unscrews- disconnect the wire harness from circuit board- remove board (snaps out). Insert new board ,attach wires close access panel. Plug refrigerator in. reprogram fridge code with ice maker controls code is on label with model number and s/n number.
Woke up and the front panel that tells the temp was off.
Removed the back cover for the HV Board. Unplugged the cables from the old board, put the new board in the same exact way, connected the cables. Put the back cover back on. The hardest part was the programming. You may need to read it again in order to figure it out, but not too difficult. Face it there are only so many buttons, eventually you will go "AH-HA" ! I saved myself around $250! I will most definately use this site if I have other appliances that do not work! You guys rock!
First, make sure you have the correct part. I had trouble with mine, at first, until I realized that I had received the wrong part... it was same shape but larger. To begin, remove both fruit/vegetable drawers. Remove deli drawer. Remove deli drawer glass panel with both supports. Remove 3, 1/4" hex screws that attach end-cap. Disengage temp control slide and arm from end-cap by carefully moving parts in the direction where they will disengage. Remove temp control slide from end-cap. Now that end-cap is out, remove 2 screws that hold metal drawer slide to end-cap. Attach drawer slide to new end-cap. Attach temp contol slide and connect the plastic arm. Attach end-cap to refrigerator. Replace glass shelf, supports and drawers. Done.

The plastic wheel broke in half at the right front of the refrigerator.
The good news is that the part (the wheel was available.) I bought two in the event that the other wheel may break in the future. The bad news is that the housing that holds the wheel was riveted together by the wheel axle. It would have been nice to know that before I bought the part and if the housing with the wheel installed was available. The refrigerator was at my summer house a hundred miles away. Anyway, we had to grind the end of the riveted axle to dislodge it from the wheel housing. With the axle dislodged from the housing we were able to install the wheel and then hammer the end of the axle flat to keep in place, like the original rivet installation. It is not perfect but it held and should be fine. I am glad I was able to get the part and will be back in the future, if in need of other parts.
1. Remove all drawers {3}, shelves {glass 1}, shelf support {1}. 2. Remove two {2} screws from End Cap. 3. Carefully remove End Cap and drawer temperature control part on the back wall keeping them aligned as installed. The part on the back wall swings out so that the tab on the left end of the piece may be withdrawn from the securing slot (hole). The two parts should be carefully removed while keeping the two parts at a right angle the way they are installed. The reason for this caution follows. 4. On the back side of both parts are plastic pieces that, I believe, can be easily broken if you are not aware. The pieces are connected together at the right angle. They are the control arms for the temperature control -- on right side End Cap only -- the left side doesn't have them or the rear part on the back wall. 5. The pieces must be disconnected and removed. You must examine and ponder how they are held in place and hooked together in order to disconnect and remove them without damaging them. The same advice is applicable to reinstalling the pieces in the new part -- End Cap. 6. After reassembled and keeping the two parts at a right angle, insert the tab on the left end of the back wall part into the slot (hole) and swing the two parts back into position. 7. Replace the screws. 8. Done, reinstall the shelf, shelf support, and the drawers. NOTE: I ordered the two screws but they were not needed.
