Did not work
The replacement part looked like the defective part but showed less life than the defective part. It did nothing. I removed the replacement and sent it back for core credit. The next day I went and bought a new washing machine. :-(

Hi, washer has power when initiated either by dial or power button then spontaneously powers off. I continue for a short period with that sequence then it randomly holds power thus allowing me to adjust settings and start machine. Once started no problem with wash completion. Is that control panel or board problem? Thanks!
For model number wfw94hexw2
Hello Dave, thank you for inquiring. This could just be due to a faulty Door Lock/Latch, part number PS11745083 for your model. You may also want to consider the Electronic Control part number PS5573780 as the cause. Good luck with your repair!

Is the cntrl-elec module what is needed if error code f06 e01 keeps appearing and all other options have been tried? Washer powers up, door locks, but nothing else happens.
For model number wfw94hexwo
Hi Jodi,
Thank you for the question. The E01 F06 Code is a motor controller not communicating with the CCU controller. The Motor Control Board will need to be replaced not the cntrl-elec .
Hope this helps!
Washer not draining water on spinning cycle.Showing f09 and e01
For model number WFW94HEXW0
Hi Sara,
Thank you for your question. This code is referring to an overflow condition or pressure switch has been closed for too long. Check to make sure drain hose is not plugged or kinked and unplug the unit and disconnect power. Check wire harness connections to pressure switch, drain pump, and Central Control Unit (CCU). Check for drain pump failure and clean it of any debris. Check the inlet valve and pressure switch for proper shut off and operation. Replace failed component. Note: If this error occurs, the door will remain locked and the drain pump will run constantly even if 'cancel' is selected. Turn off hot and cold water to faucets and unplug the unit before proceeding. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!

I am getting error codes F06 and E02. What do I do?
For model number WFW94HEXW0
Hello M,
Thanks for your question. This type of error typically arises from the door latch, part number PS11752473, which you may want to test with a multimeter for electrical continuity. Replace it if it shows no continuity. Otherwise, consider replacing the control board.
I hope this helps.
put in new cntrl now codes e08 and f03 are coming up what is problem

Hello Don, thank you for getting in touch. This error code indicates an overflow fault, which means too much water is entering your washer. We recommend you check the water inlet valve, part number PS11752082, and the water level switch, part number PS11752436. We hope this is what you were looking for!
