Is this part, k000, the tub cover assembly, supposed to have water in it? Mine does. And i took it off the tub and can not get any water to drain out, so not sure how it got in as it appears sealed.

Hello Bob, thank you for your question. Yes, the tub cover is supposed to have water in it. This helps keep the tub balanced during the wash and spin cycles. If the tub cover is leaking it should be replaced. I hope this helps!

I just recently replaced the clutch housing assembly partselect number: Ps7788161
Manufacturer part number: Aen73131403. Now the balance assembly (p/n ps3530511) rubs the tub cover assembly.
