OEM part - worked great - POOR shipping!
Supplied part was genuine GE OEM part in unopened bag. It worked perfectly after installation but I almost didn't install it because it arrived damaged due to poor shipping. OEM packaging was a plastic bag and it was shipped in a soft bubble wrap bag, NOT A BOX like it should have been. Because it had no rigid protection for the electrical connectors, two of the 4 connectors were bent and the plastic alignment tab was broken in shipment, causing the cold water solenoid to be loose and easily swivel around the valve axis. I didn't have time to wait for a replacement so I bent the connectors back in place and used it with the loose solenoid anyway. Fortunately, it worked.

Hi Ernest,
Thank you for your question. You would have to but the valve to get that part. I hope that helps. Good luck with your repair.
