My fridge makes ice, but will not dispense ice. I have checked the ice dispenser lever switch and freezer door switch. Both are good. I have checked the motor with 120V direct. It works. I have looked at the LCD controller board and see no way to switch a 120V load for the motor. Is there a relay in-between that controls the motor?
For model number ED2KHAXVB01
Hello Pat, Thank you for the question. There would be no relays separate from the relays made as part of the Dispenser Board. If the Auger Motor was tested in the Ice Bucket and is working, you may have a defective Dispenser Control Board. We hope this helps!

Does this board control whether crushed ice or cubed ice are dispensed? We are only getting crushed.

Hello Steve, thank you for contacting us. Yes, this is the main control board, you would select crushed or cubed on this. Good luck with the repair!

Ice dispenser isn’t working. All mechanical parts look good, switch works, paddle activates panel light, but there’s no power to auger motor (verified w meter). The display and buttons work ok. Does this sound familiar? Everything on the board seems to work except power to the auger. Is there another relay some where that could cause this, or a problem with the wiring harness?
For model number ED2KHAXVQ01
Hi David, Thank you for the question. If there is no power going to the motor but the motor is good, you will need to replace the control board. The control board is responsible for sending the power to the motor. Hope this helps!
