How do I try thermistor, when I put in a glass with ice It Shows me 8000 ohms and out go down to 2000 ohms, its that ok, thank you
For model number kssc48qvs03
Hi Nikola, thank you for the question. Based on our research, your thermistor values are fine. We recommend testing the temperature sensor at two different temperatures. One at room temperature and one in a glass of ice water. To test the thermistor, touch both of the multimeter probes to the wires on the thermistor. At room temperature, it should be approximately around 2700 ohms. Next, place the sensor in a glass of ice water and allow a couple of minutes for the sensor to cool down. It should be approximately around 8000 ohms. We hope this information helps!
