The glass plate in the microwave wouldn't rotate.

So simple!! I took the glass plate out of the microwave and removed the plastic part that it was sitting on and installed the new part. I put the glass plate back in and turned the microwave on and the glass plate started to rotate just like it was supposed to. Original Turntable Coupler shaft broke in two pieces
