The screw holding this part in place broke away from the plastic top of the refrigerator door, pulling a chunk of plastic with it. I temporarily glued this back together but have no confidence in it holding. The door would not close without doing something immediately. Can the top piece of the door be replaced. It looks like it might be a separate piece.

Hello Jane, thank you for your question. We have researched the model you have provided, and we would suggest the Refrigerator Door Closer Cam, part number PS4156900 and the Refrigerator Door Hinge Bushing part number PS4151521. We hope this helps!
Frost keeps building up on the air vents inside my refrigerator, condensation on the inside walls and water accumulates on the shelf daily that has to be removed with a towel. What would be causing this?

Hello Wanda, thank you for contacting us. First of all, defrost the air vents via a hair dryer. Please check the health of the door seals and gasket and make sure the door is properly closed, preventing warm air from leaking into the refrigerator. When warm air cools inside the refrigerator, condensation will occur. If there is too much moisture present, it will build up on the interior of the Refrigerator. If the door gaskets are fine then the bimetal thermostat (part number: PS4140510) is most probably faulty. Customer service is available 7 days a week if you need help placing an order. Glad to be of assistance!
