The book says this is a lifter assembly, my book calls it a roller jet. Are these the same thing?
For model number WM2801HWA
Hello Seliene, Thank you for the question. Very sorry but we do not show a part referred to as a Roller Jet. The Lifter Assembly is the Drum Baffle that attaches tot he in side of the drum to help tumble the clothes as the drum spins. Hope this helps!

Washer stopped spinning during wash, not sure what cycle, smoke was rolling out from inside DE code on display and a burning rubber smell. Is this a failed belt or is there more than one and can I fix myself easily, I'm handy finally, do you have part numbers for me? Thank you!
For model number WM2701H
Hello Matthew, Thank you for the question. This model number does not require a Belt to spin the Tub. This could suggest the Stator Assembly or the Rotor Assembly is defective and may need to be replaced. We hope this helps!
