Can you tell me how to remove and readjust the plastic dividers in the freezer? I wish that info had been included in the instruction manual.

Hi Sheila, thank you for your question. Unfortunately we are not your manufacturer here. However it looks like at the back of that part it is clipped in. You will have to unclip it from there and then you should be able to pull it out of the wire drawer. Good luck with your repair.

I'm a returning customer. On my refrigerator, I have twice replaced the center rail because it has broken, and now think it needs a vertical support to transfer some of the weight — of the shelf, the two crispers suspended from it, and the contents. My recollection is that there is such a piece, but I don't see it on the diagrams. Please advise.

Hi Michael,
Thank you for the question. I am not showing a vertical part that will support the crisper frame and take weight off the rail but there is a Crisper Frame Brace that goes across the front of the shelf, This is to stabilize the shelf so that it will not bend and break. This part may need to be replaced or installed if you do not have one currently.
Hope this helps!
