Oven doesn't start.
For model number WFG381LVS1 and Serial: R00718155
Hi Elizabeth,
Thank you for your question. You should test your oven sensor, your ignitors, and your spark module to make sure that they are all working. You can test all of these parts with a multi meter. If they are all working correctly, it may be your electronic control board that is the issue. Good luck with your repair.

Looking to replace spark igniters on all 4 burners on stove top (none are lighting consistently and look kinda burned). Do I need to buy 4 or do they come in sets of pairs or all four?
For model number WFG371LVB0
Hi Ed, Thank you for the question. The Surface Ignitors are sold individually, so when replacing all 4 you will need to order 4 ignitors. Good luck with the repair!

If my oven isn’t igniting would this be the correct part to get?
For model number Agr5844vds4
Hi Zach,
Thank you for your question. If your oven is not igniting, there are some parts that you will need to check to see which ones are causing the issue. You will need to check the bake iginiter, the broil igniter and the spark module. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!

I replaced the ignitor, i get sparks. I smell gas but it doesn’t light. What is the issue?
For model number AGR5844VDS4
Hello Zach, thank you for your question. If the suface igniter has been replaced, you're getting a spark at the burner and smelling gas but the top burner is still not igniting, I would recommend checking the burner head for any debris that is clogging the holes where the gas comes out, there may not be a good flow of gas from around the burner head. You might also want to consider replacing the burner valve that controls that burner as the valve may not be opening enough to release a sufficient amount of gas to the burner. I hope this helps!
