Put new control board in pn wh12x21454 and the lights just flash

Hi Dan, Thank you for your inquiry. On the control board there is a plug with a jumper wire called the model select plug. If this plug is not connected, the control board will not work correctly. This plug tells the control board what model it is on. The control board will work on other models just so long as the correct model select plug is in. You will need to look on you old control board to see if you left the plug in the old control and if so take it and place it on your new control board. This should correct the problem.
