My membrane on stove is falling in. Started on-left side now it is past middle. Are they just glued in. I can see a black gasket. I think it is part 31. Do I have to pull it apart or can I just glue it.

I only need to replace the plastic piece that cover the control buttons. Do I have to replace the controls and all or can I get just the plastic?
