Keep searches simple. Use keywords, e.g. "leaking", "pump", "broken" or "fit".

40 year old refrigerator brittle light switch fell apart
with a jewelry screwdriver I pried the lock tab in and pulled switch down carefully, the hardest part was that the power wire connector was stuck on good but the pliers and the jewelry screwdriver was its match for a bout 5 minute for one connection a simple pull off prong connection. After the wire connected back to switch it popped back in SNAPP
After searching through appliance Mfg Company for parts for A few days. Some how I ended up at this Great website for Quality but inexpensive and half the price. Could not afford to pass up A great deal... Easy install within 5mins and no more headaches or worries. Highly Recommend it to Everyone out there.....
I followed the directions included with the water filter and it was simple. The only problem I had was not being strong enough to easily remove the old filter. I did accomplish that after a few tries and the rest is history.
Water and ice did not work when pressing on bar. Auto fill water would work.

The only difference from this video was that my unit did not have the 2 screws that this video shows to remove. I used the plastic knife to pry open the cover of the unit from that point everything internally was about the same.
I asked two strong male neighbors to do the work and told them how to do it. Follow the simple directions on the box. You can Google it, but it will tell you the same directions.
It was very simple. Removed 4 screws on top of door where panel is located. Unplug 3 three connectors and removed board. reinstalled new one in reverse mode. On the down side this did not solve the problem. I am still working on it.
Replaced door circuit board. Vert simple to do. Problem was not solved! Replaced the main board with advice of ge tech. problem not solved. Currently waiting for the Tech to reappear. Not a happy person
