Lost Screws from lower access covers for my Dishwasher
Reassembled lower access covers using the new screws purchased from parts direct, perfect fit replacement. Hardest part remembering how they fit Dishwasher.
Replaced four lower rack on a whirlpool dishwasher.
I prayed old wheel assembly’s off with the claw end of a claw hammer. Carefully snapped on the new assembly’s which were a little tricky to align. Went well, took about 15 min.
my old lower dishwasher rack was rusted out and some parts broken.
Snapped on the rollers, removed the center part from the old rack that sprays the water and snapped it on the new one. We then bent the back row down so it would acomodate my larger items. My old rack had that feature. You could either have the rack up or down. Now l ooks beautiful and works perfectly. Could have used some directions though.
I pulled the basket out, pulled the cap and connector assembly off with ease, no tools needed, it comes right up, and put the new one on. Put the basket back in and it works great now!
I looked online to see a video. Dad to pop lid off soap dispenser. Slide a plastic part to the left n the spring slide off. Video showed how to place prongs on spring . Then had to lift the upper part of spring to lift onto plastic part of soap dispenser. That was it.
Unfortunately it still doesn't work. I asked Ina email to your company for any suggestions, No reply.
the design of the new roller kit was a little different than the original. took a minute to figure the installation. all went well. the new roller assembly fit the 30 year old dish rack
when removing all the screws from the door gasket the dishwasher door and frame separates making reassembly not possible. you have to leave at least one screw on bottom half on each side, After all that the door would not close. I had to remove the new gasket and put the old one back on. I need to return the gasket for credit
Dishwasher Not Heating top rack wet dishes and heating rod looks rusted
It took all of 30 minutes from beginning to end remove the old parts and replaced them and run a diagnostic test before I could wash dishes. The parts were exact and Parts Select has always provided the right parts, shipped fast and never disappointed me.
THE LOWER RACK WAS CORRODING IN SPOTS AND WAS RUSTING
THERE WERE NO INSTRUCTIONS INCLUDED, COULDN'T FIGURE 0UT HOW TO INSTALL THE NEW ROLLERS ON THE NEW RACK FINALLY INSTALLED THE OLD ROLLERS ON THE NEW RACK AND THEY WERE MUCH EASIER TO INSTALL I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY THE NEW ROLLERS WERE THE SAME AS THE OLD ROLLERS EXCEPT FOR THE COST.
Bottom tray wheels would catch on old door gasket making it difficult to remove and insert.
Followed the exellent instructions, the flange kit really solves the problem of lower rack wheel catching on the seal. Superior replacement parts compared to previouse repair two years ago.
Since there were no printed instructions, we looked at the photo schematic. Reassembly using the photo was easy by putting the old rack alongside the new one and adjusting the new rack spacing to match the old one. We also had new wheels which snapped on. We were delighted to repair and replace this good, older dishwasher rather than purchase a new one!
